is Frank. I am a 52 year old male living in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh
Pennsylvania. I am 6’ (188cm), and overweight (although working on it). I
have brown hair, but shaved bald, and brown eyes. Due to a birth defect, I
have collapsed arches which gives a constant state of pain. I make it work
out, and get what I need to done. I would considerate myself as an
honest, and trustworthy person. When I provide advice for someone, I always
think of what’s in their best interest even if it isn’t in mine. I think this is a
rare qualify though since many people these days are self-centered and
selfish. I do suffer from agoraphobia which makes it hard to go out. With that
in mind, I will only go out when necessary and rarely any other time. As for
interests, I have a number of websites. I also like to write to people via email,
but will also settle for postal mail. I almost always have music playing in the
background which leans towards alternative, and rock. I also like RPGs such
as D&D, but not in a group. When possible, I will walk throughout my
apartment to try to get some exercise until the pain is too much. In case it is
important, I am atheist, single (not interested in a long distance romantic
relationship), unemployed, and heterosexual. As for the type of people I am

Hobbies/Interests: Making the most of life
Introduction:
One of my passions in life is cooking. It's probably the only
activity that I plan ahead. When I have planned, I check what
ingredients I already have and go and buy the rest. I see
what can be made ahead of time, and at what point I have to start
various tasks on the day to have everything ready by a
certain time. Hopefully, someone is turning up to indulge in a
nice meal with casual conversation.
Depending on what it is that I am cooking, I might be able to
prepare everything up-front (mis en place); for example Chinese. The beauty of this time is that I can switch
off from everything else that is going on around me and in the
world. All the negativity might as well be on another planet
as I concentrate fully on what I am doing. Do I have everything I
need? Have I cleaned the prawns properly? Has the bread
proved? Is the wine ok? What temperature does the oven have to be
at? A meal has to be in balance. Nothing should overpower
and prevent something else from showing itself. If there's
sweetness, do we also need sour? Does my choice of wine match and
compliment? Is the appetizer going to entice the taste buds? Is
there enough? We sit down to eat. The pressure is off, now
it's time to relax and have a casual chat about irrelevant
things. The wine is poured and two things happen - both the
flavour of the wine is improved by the food, and the
flavour of the food is improved by the wine. There could be a
different bottle for each course. The meal is finished and everyone is fulfilled.
Hopefully, this wasn't a meal that is over and forgotten, but
something to be remembered, with the guests looking
forward to the next event. Do you live in the UK? Can you get to
